ELCG contributed TEAG’s first website and most of the media content from 2010 to 2020. History video pages of that site, beginning with the earliest video created by Barbara Robra in 2007 have been recovered and are presented on our own site now below.

ELCG members will recognize our baptismal font on the steps of the cathedral, and is that not the voice of Terry MacArthur leading the alleluia ?

“With the aim to strengthen unity on a local level and with the support by the John Knox International Reformed Centre, Lukas Vischer [23 November 1926 – 11 March 2008] initiated the movement “Témoigner Ensemble à Genève” (Witnessing the Faith together in Geneva). In this movement, more than 60 migrant congregations were connected with Geneva congregations. Its first public meeting on 20 May 2007 brought together around 3,000 people outside St Pierre Cathedral for a festival.[42] ” (Wikipedia)

ELCG is a member of TEAG, our congregation having been very active up until 2020. In 2010, Roswitha Golder, member of our congregation, took over responsibility for TEAG — propagating the original international and multicultural nature of Lukas Vischer’s creation. The purpose and context of TEAG is given here in 3 languages: Quiénes somos, qui nous sommes, who we are.
